JW Cafe is a 24/7 all day dining restaurant located inside JW Marriott Sahar, Mumbai.

Being a part of a five star property, the restaurant has beautiful magnificent ambiance.

The restaurant serves Indian and International cuisine, it's best known for it's lavish buffet spread which is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

But Sundays are special !
They have enormous spread for their Sunday brunch.

It's much bigger and grander than the ones available on the weekdays.

They also have different themes on every Sunday..

Today's was Jazz, so there was a spectacular live performance.

Coming to the brunch,
These were the options available -

SOUP :-
THAI NOODLE SOUP -
Vegetable broth with loads of options of adding noodles, veggies and meats.


SALAD :-
Fifteen variety of salads in veggies like baby carrots, asparagus, avocado and melons.
Non vegetarian option included lobster, prawns, fish and chicken.
Make your own salad option with a choice of veggies, meats and dressings.


COLD CUT :-
The section included chicken ham, pork, turkey, squids and gigantic atlantic prawns.


CHEESE TABLE :-
Eight variety of cheese ranging from brie, fontal, emmenthal, edam, cream and feta cheese.
Perfectly paired with crackers and nuts.


CHAT SECTION :-
A selection of bhelpuri, sev puri, gol gappa, palak patta chat, dabeli, samosa and kachori's.


FRANKIE SECTION :-
Mumbai's favorite roll in multigrain and wheat option with a choice of fillings like potatoes, paneer, lamb, chicken and prawns.


INDIAN GRILLS :-
Four varity of kebabs in chicken, paneer, lamb and beetroot.
Flavourful marinates included kasoori methi and regular tandoori.


INDIAN MAINS :-
Eight variety of Indian mains and with vegetarian and non vegetarian options like rarha ghosh, bhindi, paneer lababdar and dal makhani.
Separate counter was there for chicken and vegetable biryani.
Assorted indian breads were served on the table.


CONTINENTAL MAINS :-
Four continental mains like baked au gratin akong with grilled chicken, veggies and salmon cooli (puff).


THAI SECTION :-
The thai section had made to order som tam along with green curry, yellow curry, pork stew, stir fried rice, prawn crackers and ginger chicken with jasmine rice.


SEAFOOD GRILL :-
Choice of marinated seafood grills in prawns, fish and lobster.
Marinates included cajun, mustard, lemon butter, chimichurri, basil and tandoori.


JAPANESE SECTION :-
Eight varity of freshly rolled sushi like california roll, salmon roll and cucumber maki rolls.
Tempura section that had crispy deep fried prawns, eringi, squids and kaliage.
Stir fry section had japanese udon noodles with a choice of flavourings, veggies and meats.


SANDWICHES :-
Grilled sandwiches in a option of whole wheat, multigrain and white bread.
Loads of veggies, meats and cheese as stuffings.


MEXICAN SECTION :-
Nachos and soft tacos with choice of toppings and fillings like avocado, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, sour cream, tomato salsa, jalapenos and jack cheese.


ITALIAN SECTION :-
Six varity of pasta like spaghetti, penne and fettuccine in a choice of chunky tomato sauce or white sauce with loads of veggies and meaty additions.
They also had a variety of breads to pair the freshly made pastas.


WAFFLES :-
Sweet freshly made waffles with a choice of toppings like maple, fruits, chocolate and whipped cream.


ICE CREAM :-
Six varity of ice cream like mango, strawberry, chocolate and black current.
Option of toppings like fruits, nuts, chocolates, sauces and jellies.
Chocolate waffle cone was also there.


INDIAN DESSERTS :-
Eight variety of Indian sweets like kheer, pista barfi, cham cham, coconut laccha and sandesh.


CAKE AND PASTRIES :-
Fifteen variety of cakes and pastries were there on display like cheesecake, black forest, pineapple, raspberry, brownie and fresh fruit tarts.
Muffins, donuts and colourful macaroons were also there.


CHOCOLATE :-
Ten plus varity of handcrafted 70% cocoa chocolates infused with nuts and fruits were there on display.



Overall, I had a scrumptious meal, enjoyed my brunch to the core....
The JW Sunday Brunch incomparable !!
It's the best I have had.....
In terms of sheer variety, quality and flavour.....no one even comes close !
Justice has been done to each and every cuisine, I felt like i'm dining at multiple specialty restaurants under one roof !!

It's a must try for all food lovers :)
